2. Our Services
Venom Fumigators provides pest control and fumigation services. All treatments are carried out by certified professionals in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
3. Quotes and Payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Additional charges may apply where site conditions differ materially from the quote.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to follow our preparation checklist before treatment, provide reasonable access to the property, and follow our re-entry instructions for your safety.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow our preparation or re-entry instructions.
6. Cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
